1. Acceptance of Terms

You agree to provide requested documents promptly and understand that failure to do so may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

5. Wagering Rules and Game Terms

5.3 Maximum Wins and Payouts

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your ph8998 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or charges. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened at your request after a 7-day cooling-off period, except in cases of permanent self-exclusion.

9.2 Suspension and Termination by ph8998

ph8998 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, failure to provide verification documents, suspected fraud, or any activity that ph8998 deems harmful to its business or other players. In cases of account closure for Terms violations, ph8998 reserves the right to forfeit any funds or winnings in the account.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. ph8998 may charge a monthly maintenance fee on inactive accounts with positive balances. Players will be notified via email before any fees are assessed. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your account at least once per year.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content displayed on the ph8998 website and mobile applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and compilation of data, is the property of ph8998 or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use ph8998 services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from ph8998 for any purpose without the prior written consent of ph8998.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph8998, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use ph8998 services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service;
• Any content obtained from the service;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Technical failures, interruptions, or unavailability of services;
• Errors or inaccuracies in content or information provided through ph8998;
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of ph8998 services.

In no event shall ph8998's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your ph8998 account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

12. Disputes and Governing Law

12.1 Complaint Resolution

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding ph8998 services, you must first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. We aim to resolve all complaints within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide as much detail as possible about your complaint to facilitate prompt resolution.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of ph8998 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

12.3 PAGCOR Oversight

13. General Provisions

13.1 Severability

13.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your ph8998 account to any third party without the prior written consent of ph8998. ph8998 may assign or transfer these Terms and your account to any third party without notice or consent as part of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law.

13.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ph8998 regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding such subject matter.
